Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide! We deliver to all countries and territories where postal services are available.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Processing times do not include shipping times. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Return & Exchange Policy
At wrldmkt, we stand behind the quality of our products. We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, defective, or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damaged or faulty item along with your order number. Once we verify the issue, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
